The fact that my grandson spent the night an they kept my $200.00 deposit nan placed me on the DNR List due to my 2yr old grandson spending the night wit me an two friends came by to visit got to my room late but early morning an they told me one of them was thrown off the property earlier the day before when she had just got into town in fact she had never been there before just stopped by to visit stood a lil longer than anticipated got a knock on the door telling me she couldn't be on the property smh they said that they weren't on my paper work ECT.kept my 200.00 deposit when I really needed it due to the fact that I'm homeless with a 3yr old autistic son ended up sleeping at a park the following night

I really like that we had access to a washing machine and a dryer.

I didn't care for the customer service at all from checking in till I checked out there was only one person there that was helpful to me but even then didn't seem happy at all. And like I said in the previous part of the survey the girl that was there when I checked out was just completely nasty and not nice and not helpful and she was training someone and she was giving off that energy which is not good. She doesn't belong in customer service I would have called and made a complaint but I tried to remain positive in my daily endeavors so it wasn't worth my time. Someone like her would make me not want to go back and stay there.

Everything seemed old - the furniture were beat up, the TV kept glitching, the doors seem unsafe/easy to rig or push open, we wanted to swim but the pools floor were covered with algae.
