Nothing!

Security latch on door was broke had nothing to latch to. Blankets on beds we're covered in cigarette burn holes. Car outside my door in parking lot had doors wide open people's belongings scattered all over at 1 point someone was laying across the trunk it was obvious they were on drug's. Needless to say I didnt sleep much checked in around 11p. checked out at 7am.

Bed was great. The gentleman who checked us in was very kind and helpful

The breakfast was not even a continental. Just yogurt and coffee. The orange and apple juice machine just pushed water out.

Location good. McDonald's close by .

The breakfast that was included was very very poor. Juice machine was unplugged and not working.. There wasn't much of any breakfast. The coffee sremrd like it was yesterday was coffee. Not hot.

The breakfast was an absolute joke.

The website showed pictures of the fitness center and when I arrived and asked for the location, I was then told it hasn’t been open since Covid-which was more than three years ago.

It was good to get an affordable room when the city was full due to an event but if you're not desperate don't stay here.

The booking was weird. I selected 2 non-smoking rooms but somehow it converted us into smoking rooms. I couldn't fix this (I cancelled and booked us again) but no luck and so I added a comment to the booking for non-smoking rooms only. Reception staff said we had 2 smoking rooms as requested - not true! I'd requested non-smoking rooms. We were offered a refund but there wasn't anywhere else affordable to stay. We couldn't go to another location because we were there for a funeral. After a long discussion Olivia on reception who seemed nice managed to switch one of our rooms to be an upstairs non-smoking room. Not ideal for my uncle's poor hip but rather stairs than smoke. But because I had a service dog, she wouldn't give me an upstairs room and no non-smoking rooms were available downstairs. She tried to do some ozone thing with the room but the smoke atmosphere/smell was dreadful. I had a terrible night (as did my non-smoking dog) - I'm a chronic asthmatic, which I explained to Olivia. Next morning I pleaded to be moved and thankfully someone left and I switched to their non-smoking room. Otherwise I would have slept outside or in my car. They absolutely would not give me a non-smoking room upstairs. I was okay to put up with cigarette burns on the linen, a really shabby and dirty room, a noisy hotel with people talking outside for hours at night and inedible breakfast, but broken furniture and a refrigerator that wouldn't open or cool wasn't acceptable. The lack of a guest laundry was frustrating too

Staying. Not having a remote leaking toilet cold water pressure.

This hotel was just the right price and location for me. They had a small fridge, TV, microwave, shower and bathtub. The staff was professional. I would definitely just rate it as "Pleasant"

I ordered a King, smoking room and received a queen non-smoking room. It's not necessarily bad, but the blanket is not white, like the photo in the booking. Having a non-white blanket always gives me very... Idk, hooker motel vibes? Which is a bit weird. Maybe I was being judged as it was just my girlfriend and I and we're relatively attractive. Either way. Didn't really set the tone correctly for me to rate it super well.

By far one of the quietest hotels/properties I've ever stayed.

My bathroom floor flooded with every shower. Out of 2 weeks, I had the room that I asked for one night. I haven't had a fan, heat, or air conditioning for 5 days. I had to pack and unpack 3 times because the fan quit working, the room that I had booked prior too had been booked to someone else except one night when my air stopped working. But only one night. I was told that the air conditioning did in fact work, that it was my fault that the room was warm because my bathroom door was open and because I opened the door and sat back down to wait for maintenance, the total length of time for me to get across the floor. I'm in a wheelchair so none of this was easy. I recently had surgery and had to stay closer to the hospital.
