Room immaculate. Bed very comfortable. Quiet. Excellent parking right at the front door. Staff helpful. Pools and hot tubs immaculate. Breakfast was average.
Wish we could have stayed longer.

Location was good
Need alot of updates. Bathroom door handle very loose. Toilet seat loose. Needed a good clean.

Enjoyed the Breakfast. Only thing I wish was that you were able to get soda drinks. I have a Bad Stomach and cannot drink orange or apple or coffee drinks. I went back to room and got a soda drink, and everything was great.
Everything was very good. Love having a nice clean room. Nice air-condition for room comfort. Very good TV and the size was very nice, and our family enjoy having the indoor and 2 outdoor pools. Beds were clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay very much and the family enjoy the local entertainment. Wife enjoyed shopping in the local shops.

Would have liked a safe in my room,I am aware I could have used the front office safety deposit box but an in room safe would have been better

Location was good staff friendly
Bed was hard as a rock. We left at 5 am the last morning due not being able to sleep on the hard bed.

Inside pool was too cold, not enough handicap parking or parking in general, also a bar or hook for a hand towel next to sink would be great.

My room wasn’t deep cleaned, there was drips on the walls from previous occupants, the breakfast was subpar and the coffee was not good at all.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was good and clean and spacious.
The A/C unit did not operate properly, the bed in our room was in dire need of replacement. We have stayed at this location numerous times over the last few years and have always had a favorable experience. This was our first not so good stay. We will however give them another try on our next visit.

The location of the Inn was amazing. We were close to everything and the national park was a 20 min drive away.
The room was spotless and big, staff was friendly. We were on the first floor so it was a little bit noisier than what I would like. the AC system needs to be upgraded as it was sooooooooo loud!
But overall a good experience!

Great location, I loved being in a room in the area with the indoor pool. It made it feel more like a hotel and was really cool. There were plenty of options for the free breakfast.

The room floors were not cleaned. Our feet would turn black from the dirt.

Ants in the bathroom. Room was mostly clean but needed a good mopping. The chairs are functional, but not comfy.

The was a gap in the door. People outside were smoking and the smoke came straight into our room. The bed was uneven from obvious wear. Hard to sleep and pillow were flat. No USB charging areas. The bottoms of our feet were black from dirty floors.

The size of the room along with the tile floors and walk in shower were great.
Room was great as long as you like the left over mattress found in storage that was bought in 1975. Frame and springs of mattress give you a nice massaging wake up throughout the night.

Facility is showing it's age. It was inconvenient to head outdoors to access breakfast, pool, spa, etc.
