When visiting family I always enjoy staying here.

The variety at the breakfast was very good. The room seemed clean and it was a nice size. Location was fine.

Two ladies at the main desk were rude to us. Not welcoming at all and when we asked questions, answers were condescending and not friendly. The guide function on two TV remotes didn't work. The maintenance guy couldn't solve the problem. I was disappointed that there was no meat at breakfast.

missed my flight, came back and they let me get into a clean room way before check in. so thankful.

receptionist Tommy and the early morning driver Kathy were very friendly, patient and thoughtful. Tommy explained patiently where to pick us up, and dispatched the driver from the hotel right away. Kathy let us to pack a couple of muffins before the breakfast officially opened, because we had to leave the hotel at 5am. We appreciate so much the warmth. first time in this region. very good impression for the people here.

Clean rooms, comfy beds and pillows, and friendly staff. Very little (if any) airplane noise, although it’s very close to the airport.

Our jacuzzi tub didn't work and the sink would fill up and the toilet didn't flush good

Towels were soft and sufficient bath, hand towels and wash cloths. Breakfast was okay, but wasn't hot (luke warm).

Hotel was old, outdated (color scheme green/gold) and was in the flight pattern of the airport. 5 AM wake up call was planes taking off one right after the other. Places in the carpet were soiled and the carpet in elevator was dirty, sheets were worn out and rough, rooms were poorly decorated and weren't inviting. Not up to a Hilton or Hampton Inn standard and was NOT quality for the cost of the night.

Room was very clean. Courteous staff. Nice to have a shuttle to the airport.

Nice hot breakfast with a good variety. Different hot items each day. Great location for where we were going it was just minutes away. Staff was friendly, room was clean, all other areas were clean.

Air conditioner was noisy. You were either hot or cold, almost like it didn't stay cool for long. Didn't sleep well at all because the air conditioner woke me up every hour or so. You get a sheet and a very thick comforter. Could have used a lighter blanket.
