Location is great. I’m not really a breakfast person but it looked really good. Coffee was great. The staff is excellent.

The floors in the room was really sticky.

Great location from different areas. We visited Gul Shores, AL, Pensacola, FL, and Biloxi, MS all 3 were within an hour to 2 hours from this location.

Day 2 our key card kept deactivating we had to get it fixed over 7 times to get in our room. They never could explain why it kept happening. There was some sticky stuff on the comforter and the floor. Sat check-in front desk was notified and given the comforter but never told housekeeping so we had to ask the next day if someone was bringing a clean on and cleaning the mess out of the floor. The lady at that front desk took care of it. The housekeeper that came in was defensive Because it was her daughter that checked us in and didn't say anything, but she cleaned it up and brought in the clean comforter. We did have to request towels twice on Monday the 2nd time we just went and got them. The 1st time we were told they were washing and didn't have any at that time. Other than that it was good.

Location is good

The room itself was excellent. The free breakfast was terrific...exceeded my expectations by a lot. The staff was exceptionally friendly and competent.

In the middle of the night the air conditioner water relief pipe clogged up and half the room was flooded with water. I worked from 2am to 2:45am soaking up the water with towels to get rid of the water.

The lady at check in wasn't very friendly...like she didn't want to be there

Clean and spacious room. Great bed. Very soft towels, which is hard to find at most motels! Everyone was friendly and welcoming. I’ll stay there again if I’m in town.
