The breakfast was nasty.

Everything- the blankets were very thin, only small pillows for king size, molds on the wall in bathroom, No wifi info, tv is too small for abt 8 ft away from the bed, and hair blower isn’t working.

Nice, clean room. Friendly helpful staff. Breakfast could be better but was not bad. Good location.

I wish we had gotten four pillows instead of three for a king size bed. I was told by the office this is their standard protocol, however they did give me another pillow when I asked.

I love the way the rooms are made..it's quiet and relaxing 😌

The fact the I pay my money but can't smoke a cigarette in the AC......I had to go outside in the heat and smoke!🤦🏾‍♀️🤦🏾‍♀️🤦🏾‍♀️

Staff was AMAZING... Property and rooms very clean . Very quite and safe . The pool was clean .and grounds we'll kept . Guest laundry , ice machine and vending was stocked and. Easily accessible.

it was. great. for light breakfast. wis. there was eggs. and. bacon. overall was. good improvement. be. more. organize. did. not. have. any. napkins. more. milk is. needed.

problem. with toilet water running constantly. I report it. that was taken care of immediately, toilet. was. nasty. when we. first came in... no blow dryer in. the bathroom which is needed.

My son came and we were getting in the car to go eat supper. I forgot something in the room and went back up. The phone rang in the room and it was the male Manager yelling no visitors at night. It was 8:30pm and my son had already left the room and was waiting in the car. I felt he was rude and provided poor customer service. I saw a bug crawling on the bed and told him and he hung up in my face. I took a picture a picture of the bug and went to the office and was moved to another room. The first room had an iron and no ironing board and the next room had an ironing board but no iron. Housekeeping came the next day while we were out eating breakfast and stripped the bed throwing the cover on the floor. My daughter was in the room so she noted no service on her clip board and never returned to put clean linen on the bed. I got back that night at around 8pm and took a photo and asked for clean linen for the bed. Housekeeping did not service our room the remainder of the time we stayed but on the last night we were given toilet paper and clean towels.

Hot tub was in separate room than the bed. Nice location.

Staff was nosey and a bit rude. Pool was dirty.

nobody was there to check us in so we couldn’t stay and had to find another place to stay!
