the location was great.

we had to evacuate for a hurricane and stayed two nights we needed to stay longer and they said they didn/t have any rooms but three other couples went ask after us and they let them stay which i thought was unfair.

The guy running the front desk was not friendly at all and the rooms need to be updated.

Staff was friendly. Kept room very clean and made sure we had fresh towels and sheets. Also located in a very easy to access location with several food options close by.

Booked this hotel for the free breakfast, breakfast was not available and I didn’t go back into the lobby until checkout and they had some basic options like yogurt, pastry, and coffee. I’m not sure if breakfast was weekends only but if breakfast is an important thing to you, call and make sure before you book. Room also had a slight odor like it had been wet before.

The rooms are super clean and comfortable. I was pleasantly surprised. My husband and I had 1 night in Houston and this was easiest for our friends to pick us up at. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

No elevator for big luggage.

The hotel was run down. The hallways were dark..lots of stairs not good for carrying suitcases. It was really noisey..you can hear everything through rooms. They only give you 2 towels and washclothes for 3 people. Nothing like the pics online.
