The extended stay customers with no plans to leave, that treated the halls & property like they were at hm. Being loud n their rooms & running up & down the stairs & slamming open the exit that cannot be secured resulting in a drugged out girl that was tweaked out looking almost dead, zoning out on the stairs right outside our door. The manager was informed & instead of calling the police she confronted the girl & the hostel situation resulted in the manager being assaulted for trying to physically remove the girl & not wanting to let the girl have her 2 Walmart bags that held all her belongings. And, the manager told us afterwards that that was the 4th time she had to remove that girl from the property. As for the breakfast options/efforts. It sucked. The coffee was nasty & even the hot water I used from the pump pot made my tea taste nasty. Made me wonder if they ever cleaned them. And the bulb was out n the entry of our room. And 1 of our lamps would not even reach a plug and the A/C did not have temp control buttons. That could b a nice place if somebody worked there that cared about the customers that paid good money & just wanted a good night's sleep after traveling. And, knew how to be more professionally mature when dealing with property issues.

There really wasn't much to like

The rooms were dusty and had some type of Beatles in them. There was what I assume was facial hair all over the sink area. We had 5 people in our group went and asked for extra towels so everyone could shower and was given one set that made a total of 3 sets for 5 people. It was so loud I could hear people in the rooms next to us all night. Had it of not been that we were there because our vehicle broke down I would have gone to a different hotel as soon as I saw our room. The ice machine didn't work there was no breakfast like it was stated that there was hell there wasn't even coffee available in the room or otherwise.

The staff were very friendly and helpful will stay there again

Had to request another room, first one was dirty.. final room was fair, drawers missing handles and a bar for hanging close was missing..

I was unhappy. The room was tidy enough that I didn’t ask for another room, but it smelled strongly of some kind of dust. The chair in the room was stained up, but I didn’t see it until my daughter was asleep. I couldn’t wait to leave

Everything, it was dirty, the staff spent more time arguing with each other about a direct tv box than actually helping us checkin, the noise at this hotel was horrible, too many people staying up until 4-5 in the morning, it seems to be in an area of town that isn’t very nice. I would not spend the money to stay here again

The floor was dirty, that bathroom had hair from the previous people, my sheets were dirty, it said there be hot breakfast when I booked and when I got there it was a bag breakfast with donuts and juice. Ridiculous. The lady at the front asked us if we were going to check out when we just got the room the day before like no lady we got the room for two nights unless you are giving our money back we have to stay. The pillows were terrible, and there is no proper lighting anywhere in the room, it is so dark even if you turn every light on in the room.

Location near airport is convenient.

Refrigerator did not work. Could not connect to Wifi. Facility starting to look run down. Not a good value.
