Room,the guys at the desk

Bed was pretty high for my wife.

when we went to use the shower we found a used bandaid in there so clearly the bathroom was not cleaned before we were given the room. but the front staff promptly came in and cleaned the bathroom just made me a little uneasy wondering what else wasn’t cleaned ahead of our stay.

Need to improve in cleaning the room between customers, including vacuuming the carpet. Found food and pieces of garbage on the floor. Breakfast hot food was cold.

Building was messy and under construction! The buildings HVAC was right outside my window. The location was between an auto dealership and a gas station.

Loved the room off the lobby that the kids could hang out and play games to keep them entertained.

The pool was freezing! We went and told the desk and they claimed it was at 85 degrees. It wasn’t even close to that. The kids would try to get in and their skin turned red and hurt from the temperature. My 6 year old was determined to swim. He was so chilled that he cried when we put him in a warm shower as it felt like he was getting burnt. The next day the girl at the front desk told us that there is nothing wrong with the pool it was at 85 degrees. Clearly they don’t know why 85 degrees feels like and need to get a thermometer. No one would ever check the pool. Super frustrating as we chose this hotel for the location and for having a pool. Definitely won’t stay there again.

Poor service, loud guests, and dirty room. Just a bad experience all around. The money is not worth the hassle.

Nobody seemed to work there. The maintenance people are the only ones working and they are not doing a good job with the limited staffing they have.

They didn’t clean our room and After going to ask for towels we didn’t get any towels as they said that the towels were being washed and they would deliver them to our room, but it wasn’t delivered to our room and we had to go get towels ourselves the second day. so they seemed very neglectful and didn’t clean our room nor delivered the towels as they promised.

Pool closed, hot tub was after 8 weeks (was my second stay since October) still not repaired. employees block the pool table at a slow Happy Hour

Staff was very friendly. Hotel was very clean and in a great location. Would definitely stay there again.

Wish it was a bit cheaper.

The pool very clean and warm. Sheets on bed were soft. Room was a very nice size and loved the extra bedroom. The only thing that could of made it nicer was an additional bathroom/onsuit. Location was great and quiet! Thanks for the very pleasant stay!

The furniture in the room (ie couch, coffee table) could be updated. And the tv in the side bedroom didn't work.

Right off freeway, near shopping and restaurant area, few miles from Liberty Lake itself. Breakfast was excellent-lots of selection, hot items, changed daily-better than most free breakfasts at other hotels. Large well maintained indoor pool-got our laps in each day.

Towels are thin-Motel 6 level. Almost went and bought my own for the 4 days we were there. Asked at front desk-said they had a long back-ordered request for new, good towels. We were supplied with regular replacements the 4 days we were there.
