Liked: Hampton Inn was easy to find from I-20. The location was also good for our Saturday morning at Chimp Haven.

I chose Hampton Inn because until now it carried a reputation of being nice. The furniture in the lobby should be tossed! It looks so bad! The peeling “leather” on the cushions, I chose to stand rather than sit. Also chair cushions in the breakfast area were in terrible condition with the peeling leather. The mattresses are also worn out! My son in law said his was either a mountain on one side or a valley on the other. My had no softness left. My room, 402, had holes in the wall where the hair dryer once was mounted. A tile baseboard was missing in the bathroom. Also wall hangers, but no picture hanging!

Felt clean. Ac worked well. Location! Samples. Comfy pillows not too stiff.

Service was great!! People that work there were really really nice. Thanks for the shuttle ride from the airport and the guy that picked us up was once again really really nice!! you have a great staff!

Shower/bathroom not as nice. Found an old sock on the floor. Beds were clean and the bedding and pillow were nice. AC worked great!!

Terrika, at the front desk was AMAZING!!! Up until our stay there, our visit to Louisiana had been difficult. She made it all better by her kindness and honest smiles. She shared a laugh and joy with us and made us a believer in Hampton Inn. We won't be staying anywhere else when we come to Shreveport. Which we do 4 or 5 times a year. Thank you, she deserves a raise. Just sayin'
