good location

1. my keys didn’t work when i checked in, had to get em remade 2. burn holes in my pillowcase 3. I went to get food and came back to a roach on my door 4. When I tried to take a shower the water pressure wasn’t proper and the hot water wasnt there 5. a/c didnt rlly work well 6. it says “breakfast included” but there is no breakfast

I didn't like Anything, and I couldn't stay due to Horrible room conditions; such as cigarette burned bedding and dirty floors. The restroom didn't appear to have been cleaned or tended to! I didn't want to bad mouth to facility due to other guests in the lobby, so I just advised the front counter clerk and returned the key. I was still charged and they refused to provide any documentation showing that I was ever even in the building or anything showing that the stay wasn't executed! $136 to be HIGHLY Disappointed! Booking.com nor the hotel has been able to do anything due to the "policy!"

Friendly front desk worker. Helpful when my drink was stuck in the vending machine

Close to Highway, traffic was loud. Water pressure was bad and ac did not work

Lady at the front desk was nice.

The beds was disgusting. Place smelt horrible.

The location was easy to access and was close to restaurants.

The so-called "accessible" room was nothing of the kind. The beds were too tall, and the tub (while it did have grab bars) was not accessible to someone who can't lift her legs.
