Great service from hotel staff

Bed was a little uncomfortable

Modern and clean, safe and comfortable. Affordable

OMG, arriving in the dark in a rainstorm it was very, very difficult finding the place. The entrance to the "street" was imperceptible off a divided highway. No markings on the main street WHATSOEVER.. After 2 passes with my NAV system on, I finally found the sideroad/"street". It was as dark as a cave and there was this tiny little 8x11 inch sign "Comfort Inn" buried in the bushes at the end of the driveway. Passed that twice too. The Hotel you could barely see from the bottom of the driveway, After a long 8hr road trip this was really tough.

The beds we’re comfortable. The property is old but it looks like it’s being kept up and looks like they’re renovating.

The bath tub was clogged. I didn’t realize until I was already in the middle of taking a shower otherwise I would have called to get it looked at.

The staff were not friendly. We paid 850$ for a room Thursday thru Monday via booking and then the hotel attempted to charge an additional 400$ which they couldn’t explain what the charges were for.After two days of demanding a reason for the charges the Manager said the staff made a mistake. They advertised a pool which looked like a Florida swamp.

The TV was through a streaming service and it keep buffering. We could not finish the show we were watching.

everything at the comfort inn was nice. The room was comfortable and very clean. The staff was very nice. If I travel this way again I will definitely be staying here
