Distance from any decent restaurant options. 112 degrees and after a long drive, the last thing that I wanted to do was to get back in the car and drive.

The first room had a broken Toilet and Ants invaded the bathroom. Had to complain at front desk and request a new room. At first they said nothing available but then found me a very nice room. Slept well and enjoyed the breakfast offerings.

The staff were welcoming and friendly upon arrival. The electricity and water worked. Wi-fi was decent.

We planned for the kitchenette to be able to function but the heating elements didn't work or acted 'warm' when on maximum setting (It took a timed 2 hours to cook ground beef). When approached, the office staff member, while polite, revealed the issue was known ("But the repair man told us it was fixed"). The room needed cosmetic repairs here and there with gaps in floor laminate tiles and such. The room smelled off... but we couldn't place what it was. A sink dripped but the AC covered the sound at night. We wouldn't recommend and aren't planning to return.

The staff were amazingly helpful and courteous. Checking in and out was seamless. The breakfast was great-lots of options.

The room walls are thin, so sound carries and it is loud. Especially the plumbing-when someone is showering-it is extremely loud in the neighboring room.

Breakfast was good. But they ran out of food by Sunday.

The cleaning staff forgot to clean our room, we had to get our own clean towels.

Great location. I really wanted to stay out of the city, and this fit the bill. Great hot breakfast in the morning. Parking was easy.

The ratings on this website raised my expectations about cleanliness, and they really weren't met at all. Hair in the shower, dog food (or something?) on the floor. The walls are thin, and I could hear my neighbors and the hallway traffic. Bad water pressure in the shower, the shower was like....coming unstuck from the wall? Not sure how to explain that, but it was pretty depressing. I got the impression that my room hasn't been maintained or deep cleaned in years.

The frame of bed was larger than mattress therefore I kicked the metal frame several times...would have been much better if frame...like other pieces of furniture had 4 -6 inches inset...but in alternative since you put so much money into motel already...you could wrap legs in foam rubber...to prevent injuries

I truly appreciated that the breakfast included gluten free options. The eggs were good and the option of gluten free toast was helpful. My husband who isn't gluten enjoyed the waffles.

There wasn't much I didn't like as the room was as I expected. It would have been nice if it was closer to Highway 5 which is the freeway we were traveling down. The only other negative was that the room was very cold when we got there and took a while to warm up.
