The front desk was quick and helpful. The pool was great for the kids and the renovation of the rooms was beautiful

Breakfast was ok. Definitely not terrible but maybe could use a few more options. Also our TV didn’t work and we were offered to move rooms but with kiddos that would have been a hassle. Just changing the TV would have worked but it didn’t happen. Not a big deal since we weren’t there to watch tv but just a slight inconvenience

Room was very clean and had a comfortable bed. Friendly and helpful staff. Everything you need for a good breakfast.

i was immediately greeted by a rude employee at check in. the tv barely worked and the ac was not turned on when we got there so the room was about 80 degrees and humid.

The. room was fairly clean and easy to get to from the 5 Freeway.

I asked for a late checkout, due to the fact that my husband has Parkinsons Disease and has trouble some mornings getting going. They reluctantly gave me and extra 1/2 hour, but were not too pleasant about it. The housekeeping staff were hanging around our room, waiting for us to leave ( trying to pack the car in the pouring rain). The "breakfast" was barely anything...some cereal and toast. Also, it was very overpriced, as the neighborhood is not great.
