I always prefer staying at LaBella because the facilities are great, the staff is always so accommodating and it is close to anything that we want/need.

It was clean kinda basic but nice bed comfortable staff very nice and helpful will stay here again

The door to the room needs to be shaved, we had to push the door really hard to open it, catching on the floor. The room was very dimly lit and I was surprised there was no light next to the bed. I like to read in bed before I go to sleep. Staff was very nice and friendly.

I got a bottom ground floor for a change
There was water all over the bathroom floor no towels soap and it was only the rule on the thing and I had a bad stomach not to mention I saw roaches in different areas several hours during the day as well as that night seeing that I stayed from 3:30 to the 11th but hey come on towels and sandpaper and I'm going to give him one more chance before I start going to Seminole county

it was very quiet and close to our trip.
it was not very clean in the room. the bathroom has dirt and sticky stains all over the doors and walls.

looks very nice.
There was hair on the sheets, the bedspread was dirty and there was a roach. Since the front desk employee and I couldn’t understand each other, I got 2 blankets and a pillow from my car and used them. I was tired and needed to sleep.

Easy in and out to locations
Ants were a problem,checked in Thursday night and the next morning we had ants all over the bathroom sink and coming in the front door.They changed our room and we had some ants there also.Then the ice machine Brock down.And instead of fixing it they just put a sign on it.

The rooms.
The staff looking at me for 45 minutes while they they were having a meeting.... Not a hi or hello we will be right with ya... Then I get asked if Im having visitors questions about a hour later. I stayed there 10 times last year... I think there meeting through them off on there profiling... MADE ME GIVE A 200$ CASH DEPOSIT THAT THEY NEVER DID BEFORE.... WHICH WAS UNDERSTANDABLE ON THE SO CALLED TRASH THAT STAYS THERE. All good make 90.000 a year ... Always liked that place no more... Friends and family in law enforcement in Tavares... They want to profile me Just because I changed my email with booking. Com.... Waited a long time to get my deposit back.... They live for the fishing tournaments and have started to care about the locals... Never again.... Don't give deposit if your local!!!!!

Room was decently maintained for an old Hotel. Plenty clean, and they even handed out snack bags at check in. Good location for Leesburg Bikefest.
They tripled the rates for Bikefest. But that's typical wherever there's an event like that going on.

I really like the water pressure. And that it was biking distance to Tavares

The staff was awesome from the minute I checked in, right up to when I checked out. The room was very clean. Even as close to the road as it was, biketoberfest was going on in Leesburg, so many motorcycles were in the area, but I was able to still get a good night's sleep. Thank you La Bella Inn, I'll be back.
The only thing I didn't like was I wanted to take a bath and there was no way to plug the bathtub. I didn't notify the staff to ask because it was late at night when I decided to run the bath. I'll ask earlier next time. It was still a great stay.

The room appeared to have been recently remodeled. It was spacious, comfortable and tastefully decorated. Staff was very friendly.

The front office gave a welcome kit which was a unique touch to customer service as we were a bit hungry when we arrived. Rates were very convenient. Definitely impressed 👏
Upstairs neighbor was a but noisy due to tile flooring. Outside of building looked so odd as the GPS made us go through a back road. The front office also was a bit hot when we came in. But the inside of the room was perfect. Never judge a book by its cover. The inside was surprisingly pleasant and smelled great!
