We had a great time! Breakfast was actually one of my favorite and the kids. Great food!

It was a very comfortable stay, for the most part the staff was very welcoming and nice.

A change in breakfast would've been nice, could've used a re-paint in the bedroom and fixing up the trim. As it was check out day for us, I was going outside to help my husband with packing up the car, and a cleaning lady basically demanded me to leave and I didn't have the chance to check for anything we might've left behind because she rushed me and my kids out of there. She was very unprofessional in her attitude, I unfortunately cannot remember her name as it has been about a month since we came back home.

Very sad because they had bedbag beds and that gives me allergies and I came out covered in bites from those animals.

The breakfast was plentiful. Bed was almost too firm. All staff were helpful and hospitable.

Mattress topper perhaps, and gluten free cereal options, like cheerios or rice Chex

This hotel is the closest to my mother’s assisted living facility. I have stayed here before and know exactly what I am getting.

A little dated. I bring my own coffee and coffee pot as the coffee at the hotel is terrible. I also purchase my own healthy food, but sadly it always freezes in the room fridge.

The Tv in sitting area didn’t work, wasn’t picking up any channels. We called front desk twice, over 2 days. No one ever came. Both days we were told that as soon as maintenance came in, someone would come and fix the problem. We booked a king suite so that we could have a sitting area to relax and watch tv. Instead we ended up sitting on the bed watching the other tv. We were there for 4 nights and we only went out in the late afternoons. Also, the room had a musty smell. Maybe air fresheners/plug-ins need to be used.
