The bed is fine

Dirty rooms, very old renovation, the breakfast was very poor.

Almost everything was great at this hotel. Beds were comfortable. Front desk was friendly. Hotels. Nice

Our room was right next to the pool. They had a school bus full of kids staying and they were yelling screaming till 10:00 at the pool

Breakfast variety was sparse. Fruit selection was poor.

location was good and not hideously overpriced considering SXSW was going on. plugs for phones and laptop built into headboard (needs it on both sides though!). staff seemed nice. free paperback book to return at another Radisson was a nice touch. breakfast was ok. plz consider loads of people can’t have dairy. maybe add hard boiled eggs as an option or just get eggs w/o dairy.

dirty grime buildup on the bathroom wall where people had grabbed to lean and turn on the water. I wanted to scrub the wall. yuck. paint peeling on ceiling and door. rusty door hinges and ceiling HVAC grates, old yellow looking shower and counter like you’d see in a 20yr old camper left to bake in the Texas summer sun. beds were hard as a rock. it seems a recurring theme at Radisson hotels I’ve stayed at , even nicer ones - maintenance is often lacking. I’ve stayed at some with missing bathroom doors, towel rack dangling from the wall, leaks, etc. I will seek other options going forward.

the shampoo was previously used, the staff was very unfriendly, he keep saying that I was scammed by the booking app, he couldn’t find this specific reservation. I try to give him the reservation number he didn’t want it. he keep saying that booking.com is not a good app to do reservations. that they only take the money.

The staff was very accommodating and nice. Water was very hot. A plus. Comfortable atmosphere.

It has some clean detail opportunities however the building has some age to it so overall it was still ok

AC worked well, bed was comfortable, a third floor room was quiet

live crickets in the room, bathroom was not the cleanest I was not warned about the $100 “incidental fee” charged at check in. I attempted contacting the hotel and was told that they had “released” the fee when I checked out & I needed to contact my bank. well, bank was closed. I will have to check in it tomorrow. it would have been notified of this policy when I checked in
