EL DESAYUNO MUY BUENO Y COMPLETO AL ESTLO AMERICANO, EL CUARTO QUE NOS TOCO TIENE UNA VISTA MUY BONITA YA QUE, COMO A 200 METROS ESTA UN PARQUE DONDE SE VEIA A MUCHAS PERSONAS EJERCITANDOSE, Y ALGUNOS ACOMPAÑADOS CON SU MASCOTA.

NO HAY NADA QUE NO ME GUSTARA TODO ESTA MUY BIEN.

Cockroaches in the room, flooded bathroom and the bed gave me severe body aches.

Not much to like. The staff were not very attentive.

The location was horrible. This hotel was very run down. Looks nothing like the pictures on the site. The location is in a horrible part of town over run by bums and drug addicts. Walk into the room and it's 90° and stinks like a smoking room. At least try to keep it fresh. Cigarette burns on the sheets and blankets and the bathtub. Go to the pool. There is lots of debris on the top of the water. The water was clear and refreshing but the pool area is filthy. Every umbrella is sun faded ripped and torn and inoperable. The chairs have bird poop on them and the towels felt like sandpaper. All the walk ways are in horrible shape and you can see that who ever painted the walkways was a hack and did a half ass job. Not a good experience at all. I think Booking.com owes any who stayed there due to this site and apology and a refund.

This place is trashed, rooms are gross, staff is gross and unprofessional, no management, facilities are hardly working, breakfast is gross

I was told that there was no deposit when I paid 50.00 dollars for my hotel room. Not to mention the employee had alcohol on her breath and couldn't locate my reservation. She said that there was no deposit but when I checked in not only was there a deposit but there was a fee for checking in early.

That they are liars and stole my deposit for no reason. Also that the employeee was not friendly or that she had alcohol on her breath.

Black mold on the ceiling of my restroom. It smelled like cigarettes and had cigarette burns on sheets. The breakfast was horrible and ran out of everything by 730 just had cereal and milk and coffee

They made us switch rooms , room we moved to which was charged for more was low grade room . Room was really dirty and bathroom has mold I sent pictures to you guys already of this . Bedding has burnt holes and room was musty and smelly . Due to our situation of not having a place due to our lease ran up and looking/ waiting for place to open .

it was pretty nice on the outside and staff was friendly.

The water wasn’t working when we arrived and the room was a bit worn down and dirty.

The staff was very attentive, they did help as much as they could.

specifically requested a non smoking room, I was forced to take a smoking room, I cannot bare that smell and the none refund policy made me very unhappy, Wyndham let this hotel go to waste, refrigerator and microwave not working at all, if is not and offered service take the trash appliances to the garbage. TV only have a single news channel :(

We did not have breakfast.

Plumbing in the shower / hot water leaked when turned on. And I asked the gentleman at the front desk for ice, Saturday morning at about 10:45 am. He told me where to go and there was no ice; the ice machine was broken.

I felt unsafe. The room was disgusting, I left the facility.

Staff were nice and friendly especially the night security guard.

when we got there their computer did an update so it took a while to check in. our rooms smelt of cigarette smoke so bad i had a migraine the whole weekend we were there and the kids room as well. The sheets and blankets had cigarette holes. the walls were nasty and filthy especially the bathroom. The whole room was filthy. the kids room was filled with the big mosquitoes and we spent an hour killing them and smelled so bad from cigarettes. we couldn’t even go in the pool it was dirty and green.
