It was so bad we went across the street to the quality inn and got another room......
It was run down...dirty and not what we expected

We upgraded to a newly decorated room as the first one was a little old and musty.
Great room, lots of space and fridge and microwave really useful.
Comfy beds and good location with easy walking access to food.
Self check in was fine.
Rooms could be cleaned as regularly as you wanted, clean towels requested etc.
On site caretaker lady was very welcoming.

The location was convenient.
I didn’t want to touch the light switches and door knobs. We got two small flat pillows on a soft bed and one thin blanket. The bar of soap was tiny and the dispensers in the shower were empty. The tub spout was loose. There was hardware sticking out of the wall.

No staff in the office. You deal with a voice through a mini camera and your phone. Very impersonal and means you have no one to ask any questions to. Never saw any staff. The room was clean and functional but very bare bones. No mini fridge, no trash cans (a tiny one in the bathroom.) It was a clean, cheap room with no real issues. Quiet. I guess that’s more than enough to be thankful for.

Location perfect for me, 1/4 mile from Mass Pike, nearby Shell station, and Rose's Restaurant right across the street for breakfast. Plain, simple room, first floor, ample parking.
Although check-in is very efficient, the lack of direct human contact (it's all done electronically) is more impersonal and "unwelcoming" than it needs to be.
The bathroom sink only produced cold water even though the tub/shower had good hot water.

I can’t comment on the breakfast as there wasn’t a breakfast offered. The mattress was comfortable.
There was no one to check you in; you had to dial a number at the desk. The entry door to our room was so tight you had to throw your shoulder into it to open the door. Unfortunately there was not any facial tissue or a hair dryer available in the room. The coffee maker had an old, used coffee pouch still inside the machine. The headboard looked like it had never been cleaned. Although the king size bed was comfortable, the mattress and box spring looked very old and stained.

TV not working in first room, I had to be moved to another room.
In the new room there were the following issues.
Bathroom sink only had cold water.
Shower Fawcett was reversed, cold side was hot and hot side was cold.
Not enough plugs for amenities, I had to unplug the microwave to use the coffee maker.

the rooms are very outdated. it takes forever for the hot water to work, there is no hotel staff on site, the bathroom never gets warm no matter how long you have the heat on, the bathroom floor was ice cold, the door was very hard to lock, the bathroom was not clean, the furniture was pretty beat up…

I've had some good experiences and some bad ones.
I reserved a room for 2 nights and the bed was so bad we didn't stay the 2nd night. They said they would give me my money back but never did.

Great value nice people. When I had an issue the owner was on it and moved us. Everyone is so kind. Rooms are big.

Location. Staff helpful and welcoming. Large room. Cable choices. Easy parking. Proximity to shopping and Mass Pike.
Malfunctioning door lock. Couldn't close door when I went to the hospital ER.

Unlike some of the posts I’ve read in other places, I found this to be clean and inviting. The staff was very friendly and consistently made sure I was comfortable. I will definitely stay here again when I come back!

Didn't have breakfast at the Inn. Went to Rose's across the street.
The initial reception. Extremely impersonal. No one at the desk. Had a very hard time understanding the clerk over the phone. Could not understand what he wanted me to do to register. My only complaint about my room (#114) is that the bathroom sink did not drain well at all. Also, the actual coffee pot to the coffee maker was not there.

No personal contact. All interactions done over the phone. Have to make your own room key card. Not the cleanest. Would not recommend....strange way to operate a hospitality business.

With a reservation placed through Booking on our arrival the hotel did not honor the reservation. The hotel staff attitude could be better. The hotel doesn't looked complete booked.
Even when we couldn't stay in the hotel some areas for improvement were evident. On our arrival the front desk was completely alone (only a phone number to call for assistance). Doesn't look clean.

There was no breakfast at all in the main entrance, no coffee or pastries. There wasn't a person to be found.
I liked the softness of the Towels.
We paid for a outside pool it was there but couldn't swim in it, gates locked pool water was green.
We paid for a small fridge, Microwave, and coffee maker it was not in the room.
They had said they had Wifi service but it didn't come it for us.
We spoke with the manager to tell him how upset we were and we were on the phone with him for about an hour.
That also did not go so well. He finally said he would discount our room for 1 night but have not seen that yet either.
I would not recommend this place at all.

Location perfect. It seems painting and other upkeep is happening. I did not expect staff to make beds. However, a contact for towels or extra coffee was not apparent. Phone call about Wi-Fi was answered, but a weird lack of staff on the property was odd.
Check in by phone worked, but was impersonal. Disconcerting to realize a camera on the counter was how we were communicating. I never made my own room key before.
I defrosted the freezer in the mini fridge, as it was a mess.
