Great checkin and value.

The room wasn’t as clean as it could have been but overall good. Just hair on the bathroom floor and in the sheets.

Breakfast was really decent.

The room was dirty, we had to wipe down the counters. Dust all over the room.

The coffee was actually good!

We were assured by the desk clerk upon check in that he would schedule a shuttle to the airport for us. He forgot! The next morning we had to scramble to get a taxi to the airport that cost us $45.00 plus a tip I had specifically contacted the hotel about shuttle availability when I booked this stay and was assured it was available as we had a 7:00 am flight. We got there at 6:30! Stressed! Additionally the room was extremely noisy, the phone didn’t work properly, the toilet seat was loose and the hair dryer was missing.

Checked into a room and the bathroom was not very clean. Told front desk and was moved and upgraded to a suite. It was worse. The bathroom had stained walls, hair and gross ---- all over the floor, urine on toilet base and the exhaust fan didn't work. The fridge had not been cleaned and had spills and hair in it. The whole room was not clean. For 1 night at $286.00 should be clean and able to relax.It was discusting how dirty the bathroom was as well as other areas around the hotel.

Check in was a breeze, staff very helpful and thorough.

Hallways made a bad impression; carpets need shampooed and vacuumed but room was spotless.

Great location with amazing staff and service. Everyone we talked to was incredibly welcoming and accommodating. Happy to answer our questions even when we didn’t check in till midnight due to a late flight. Obviously not a 5-star hotel, and we were only there one night so can’t speak much to their general facilities, but the rooms were nice enough and more importantly clean. Would definitely stay here again!

Breakfast had limited options and said options weren’t great, but such a small thing when 1. it’s free and 2. everything else was great.

The location was good and the property was clean.

I flew into the airport and prearranged shuttle pick up. The shuttle was not there to pick me up. I called the property more than 15 times and nobody answered the phone. I had to arrange for a ride, that cost $50.
