Nice and comfortable plus, the mountain view was awesome. I liked very much the cabin-like decor, the deck with the fire pit, room and bathroom were spacious. Staff was professional, resourceful and friendly.

I prefer a non-diet yogurt option, like Greek or Activia. Also, a water cooler to refill water bottles in the floor or the lobby area. Lastly, the mini-fridge in our room has missing the door shelf.

Clean, new, nice pool, great view, very nice fire pit area facing the mountains and 24/7 tea and coffee!!

It was clean and close to shopping and restaurants. I really like the location it made it easy to get on and off I90. And straight down 19th for 10 minutes got you more and downtown.

The internet connection was poor. I am an online student and had to find a space with strong connections to get any work done. Also, the cleaning crew threw out my soap and a nasal rinse bottle while cleaning during my stay. Also, I would have preferred my towels not be changed daily but every third day.

Convenient, comfortable appointed rooms. Friendly staff.

Hairdryer didn’t work

Nothing. It was gross… Dirty, unclean and not worth the amount we were charged at all

Sheets were absolutely not changed. It looked like they weren’t in a while. We found all different color hairs in the beds. Not vacuumed, dirty floors. Had to change rooms 3 times and even still found fake eye lashes in the towels. It felt like a joke. We were told this is why we don’t check people in early. Which was an excuse. The beds were made and the rooms were staged for guests.

location was good. The bed was comfy. It was quiet.

Sofa bed was creaky and in need of replacement. There was no bedding in the room for the sofa bed. There were partially use toiletries (lotion, conditioner), and no shampoo. The worst was that the complimentary water bottles were both half full- someone else had drank them. It really made me question if the room was cleaned at all.
