It was very close to everything we wanted to focus on . My family and dog had a great time . will defenitly be back

No complaints about the room or restaurant.
On our third night there was a dog next door that barked incessantly after we had gone to bed.

The staff were friendly, but not knowledgeable. There was a fire alarm went off , and once every one made it to the lobby the staff never direct us to the safe nor never announced it was safe to go back to your room. Imagine waking up to fire with no direction just people panking. Then your made to pay for parking. Not an option & breakfast wasn’t included in your stay. Parking was 25 a day and valid was expecting a tip. Overall the hotel was clean.

Pretty much everything. I was there for the cheer competition. Rooms were very spacious. And the convenience of staying the hotel that the cheer comp was also a big plus!
We did find dirty socks under one of the beds. That is probably the only thing that I can complain about. Everything else was good.

Parking garage was nice but too far to walk because of the size of the convention center and across the street.
Did not have an electronic tip method for the valet/luggage rep.

Wish every room had a balcony for the price and that parking was $15 per day on top of the stay cost.

Location was within walking distance to many shops and restaurants.
Zero luggage trolley's were available getting bags from car to room. Wow - walked forever carrying bags and one rolling suitcase. Quite uncomfortable.

Tyler and Jeff at the front desk are horrible people and do not need to work there . Everyone else that we met that worked there was very nice and professional

The rooms need updating, the headboard was literally peeling off and the nightstands were chipped and old.

The head boards were peeling and falling apart. The sink made a ridiculous loud gurgling sound whenever we or anyone around us turned it on (minutes after it was turned off). Thin walls....could hear everything from neighbors. Very small indoor pool.

the location to the landing is perfect, just a short walk through the lobby doors and you’re right there-food, shopping, and entertainment! we went for New Year’s Eve and it was perfect walking distance from the bar.
the shower/bathroom were less than desirable for such a spacious king room
