The convenience of a warm breakfast just downstairs was a nice bonus.

Had to ask for clean towels. Because of staffing shortage rooms were only cleaned if requested. Shower head probably needs upgrading/replacing.

our first room was not clean-+314 but staff moved us right away to a better room. breakfast is great.

Breakfast was good, except the waffle machine didn't work. It would stick, Everybody had problems with it and it was shot. Our boys rate a hotel by the breakfast. Get a new one. Stay on top. Everything else with breakfast was excellent!

No Dislikes. The pool was being painted so we couldn't use first night. No Biggy!

The breakfast was great (waffles, sausage patties, proportioned Denver omelets, cereal options, yogurt, pastries, juices, milk, fruit, tea, and coffee). The swimming pool and hot tub were nice and warm. The front lobby were nicely decorated.

There is no way to summon the desk clerk to check in and I had waited about 15 minutes before she finally showed up. When I used Booking.com to book our room, I clicked on the last available "accessible" room. When I checked in and verified this, she argued that I did not book an accessible room, but she did git us an accessible suite. When we got into our room l, the smoke detector was chirping and we let the desk clerk know right away. Supposedly it was changed as when we came from supper it was fine. About 5:30 AM, the detector started chirping again which was really frustrating and which meant a fresh battery was not used, but a used battery. So much for sleeping in. When we finally came down for breakfast and confronted the same desk clerk, all she did was apologize, nothing else was done (no compensation of any kind).

Breakfast was just ok.

The receptionist was stretching and yawning while talking to me explaining the paper I needed to initial. She had several friends come in to play cards in breakfast area. Thought they were staff. One couple was allowed to use the pool after hours and a room. Elevator was wet from them going to room Said she would let me know when dryer was done as she had a keen ear for it. Didn’t happen. She would not have been able to hear it from breakfast area. And later while talking with her, she belched loudly (excused herself) Just wasn’t very unprofessional in my opinion.

Breakfast was very good. Pool area was good. Air conditioning was great.

We had booked for six days and only received housekeeping on days we had to request. I understand not going in everyday but at least every couple of days would have been nice. The only housekeeping that was provided was fresh towels, garbage removed, and toilet paper replaced. And only when we very specifically requested what we wanted. Also, the price was literally doubled from both the previous week and the week after just because of the event we were attending. Price gouging is very real.
