Friendly staff, good breakfast, and the room has been well cared for.

Great having a kitchen, and curtain to divide the bed ~ was perfect for our family of three. Good breakfast, and friendly staff.

The dishes were in the dishwasher (clean) so we had to unload ourselves.

The room was banged up. The shower pressure was inconsistent and our room 409 had cracks in the shower walls. The TV channel options were limited.

Breakfast was good egg sandwich’s scrambled egg dishes cereal biscuits and gravy and more all good All the staff was friendly and very helpful the bbqs were great and always available

Found left over clothing from previous Tennant. Room was recently cleaned as dishes in dishwasher were still warm, maybe housekeeping was a little rushed? Front desk staff were notified and situation resolved.

The floor in the kitchen had coffee stains on it, the floor was never cleaned, also the microwave was smeared with something it looked like it was never wiped down. I will never stay at one of your hotels ever again.

Very nice room, had a couch and sitting area. The efficiency kitchen was a plus.

This was our first time staying with Home2, we are usually loyal to another brand and actually pretty high in their member rewards chain, but have been unhappy with the rooms we've gotten lately. So we gave this place a try and we left so impressed. The rooms were spacious and clean. The beds were great, firm but squishy. I do wish there were 4 pillows instead of 3, but I digress. This is a pet friendly hotel and have treats out in the lobby. The staff was so upbeat and friendly. The breakfast though takes the cake! Since covid hotel breakfasts have suffered greatly, but not here! We had a hearty great tasting breakfast that was included with our room stay! I think we will start staying at this hotel brand and say adios to the one we've been loyal to for 10 years.

The only complaint I had was the pillows, I wish there were 4 on the bed instead of three, I know there were others. But my kids, who slept on the pull out sofa used those.
