Amazing clean rooms and nice staff.
The pool was busy so didn’t have much room but otherwise amazing.

Front lobby was cleaned.
Staff was polite.
Breakfast was not worth staying to eat.
Electric outlet in our room did not work. TV kept going to no signal. Hot tub was cracked in cement and bathroom had holes that was filled with foam coating in swimming area. They had sharp edge screws on flooring of swimming area and hot tub area. I will not be bringing any of my family back to that dump. Wasted my $400 on nothing but a disappointment place.. didn't take pictures.. wish I would have.. this place need a make over..

It was in rough shape. I had to report a ceiling leak. I got the impression that they recently bought the hotel and we’re learning as they went.

The hot tub is cold. The sauna was closed. The pool was freezing there a dog poop everywhere and the food was disgusting.

The staff is friendly.
Honestly, I don't see how it's open. I arrived late and stuck with it. The first red flag is the trim is missing. The second red flag was the flooring in the hallway was missing. The room was finished, but it had been recently drywall and painted. There was drywall dust everywhere. It was visible on the mirror, the shower, the door knob, but the bed seemed okay. I feel like they stuck the furniture in without cleaning up the work zone. If you ever thought about having allergies this place is not for you. It's all out dangerous if you have asthma. The water in the swimming pool looked thick. The water in the hot tub was a dingy shade of brown.

Vinrod took care of all our kids even when it was time for breakfast to end. He and the lady helping him went above and beyond with customer service. I have stayed in alot of choice hotels. This is the best ever. Also Megh at the front desk was awesome also.

The elevator door didn't work it needs to be fixed. The room smelled like mold. Also, they could clean the nasty dried bugger off the white curtain very nasty!!!

They got all our rooms together.
The hot tub was not hot at all. The beds were super hard and our blanket had holes in it. The breakfast was cold. Our door had a hard time latching closed.

The location is great seeing as we are right down the road from Six Flags. Very easy to find. The pool is always clean. The rooms are always clean and smell fresh. The value of this hotel is great and don’t have any issues anytime we stay here.
There really isn’t anything besides maybe some heavy noise from the rooms beside ours.

Good selection for a hot breakfast.
We were placed next to the exercise room, front desk and across from the cleaning staff room. The front desk was very loud until after midnight and the cleaning was very loud talking at 6am the next morning.

The room was clean and surprisingly quiet for both nights. I didn't get to try the breakfast either day - maybe it would be nice to pay a few dollars less if you don't intend to take advantage of it. The note in the bathroom about charges for purchasing towels, sheets. etc. was creative and I sure got the point!
