Location was convenient for access to everything we required. Breakfast was outstanding and the managers reception was a good idea even though it was at a time that we could not partake in it.

The shower/tub surround was not clean, the plug for the tub was not actually connected to the tub but was rather just laying sideway in the hole for it. In order to shower I had to pull it out and lay it on the side of the tub and every time I looked down, I would see the nasty hair and whatever that was caught up in the drain. Also, I really hate the flow restrictors that are put in the shower heads, its less of taking a shower and more of taking a dribble. At $250 a night for god sakes let me take a real shower. I know it's possible, I've had rooms in Orlando that had full pressure in the showers and cost half as much. Come on let us enjoy a good shower at the end of the day. Also, in the morning we noticed what looked like a blob of dried animal puke between the window and bed. My wife said she was relieved that she did not step on it while going to bed the night before. This was supposed to be an allergy friendly room, and it did have a large air filter in the room but, it made us question if it had been a pet room as we found a "pet friendly" door hanger on the way out. I am highly allergic to dogs and it I was very stuffed up when I got up in the morning.

My family and I were going to the Disturbed concert and the walk to the amphitheater was great. Breakfast the following morning was enjoyed by everyone and we were impressed by the eggs your way kitchen.

At the breakfast bar it would be good to have silverware and plates at both ends.

The bed was great. The breakfast was awesome.

The price was stupid high. I have stayed at the same place for half the price. I asked for the pull out couch to be made up, it was NOT!! There wasn't even an extra blanket for the pull out couch. At 6 am, kids were yelling and screaming down stairs and I could hear them on the 7th floor. Scared me, I didn't know what was going on. So VERY, disappointed in this place.

We loved everything at the Embassy Suites in Rogers, Arkansas. The staff was great, the atmosphere was pleasant and the food was filling. It is home away from home. We will be back again.

Not staying long enough..,...

Everything about the hotel was amazing. The staff, the room, the location was excellent. Just sitting in the lobby was very peaceful. Enjoyed every minute of my stay. Could not ask for anything more. I want to thank Kinsey for keeping in touch with me through my stay to see if I needed anything and to find out if everything was going well. I really appreciate that. Kinsey really cares on who stays at the hotel.. In my book, that is excellent customer service. I will always come back to my home away from home. This hotel deserves more than a 10 rating and a 5 star rating. You pay for what you get and more. This hotel is number #1 . I used to go to Branson but now I will be gong to Rogers because of the number #1 hospitality. The atmosphere is very peaceful their and the room was excellent. The bed was very comfortable. My girlfriend loved the jetted tub and wants to come back to stay longer. Until next time.......

Pool, hot tub, breakfast buffet, happy hour. Rooms were spacious too! Just a stones throw away from the venue we came to see.

There was long black hair all over the shower and sinks.. which obviously didn't come from anyone with me in the room since we have blonde hair. The carpet was coated with crumbs and hair as well.

The breakfast was good. There was a lot to choose from. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and clean. The area around our room was nice and quiet.

The tiles around the pool were slippery.

Big, clean rooms. Friendly staff. Breakfast was delicious. Drinks and snacks in the evening were appreciated.

Indoor pool was cold

My first time staying here, and I really enjoyed it. The lady at the front desk, Kinsey, was exceptional & very informative! The property is gorgeous & the location was the icing on the cake. It’s near shopping, several restaurants, activities for kids, and a short drive to U of A events. The bistro, the bar, several seating areas inside and out, the unique glass elevator and open center throughout the hotel, is breathtaking. The rooms were large, nice! The beds were comfortable and clean. I will definitely be back next time I’m in Northwest Arkansas.

The only two negative things were the bathroom (specifically the toilet) hadn’t been cleaned well. Also, we went to get ice in the ice bucket, when we took off lid, we found an empty kids juice container and other trash inside. It was in no way a inconvenience. This is just an suggestion but think you should supply a pen/notepad or a information book (about the hotel, surrounding areas, activities, & restaurants near) Those items come in more handy than you may think. Lastly, the cable is awful!! I’m most disappointed in the variety of channels you have, or lack of. For example, this is Arkansa Razorback country and you don’t offer the channel they played on. I know it’s out of your control, but you should upgrade TV’s to smart TV’s so at least streaming options are available to stream the games (guest responsibility)

The facility itself was beautiful! Our hospitality suite with the jetted tub was the absolute BEST! The room was HUGE! So much space.
