My check in person was nice.

My room did not have television service.my tun was cracked and chipped. The room did not cool well. I went to complain only about the television and instead was checked out immediately and asked to leave. I didn’t even got to have my breakfast. So I ranked it poor for choice since I had no choice. Melissa even faked a call to say I was refusing to leave. This is when I stayed long enough to send an email to their General Manager who did not even address the problem. I was interrupted and treated very rudely but was told I was the rude one. Again i didn’t even get to finish my first sentence and Melissa already was closed to making things better. Awful service. I even asked a manager to address and Thomas the GM, never called me back or made anything right.

Exceptional Customer Service! Front desk associate greeted us in such a great way and when we told her we are on honeymoon trip, she wrote a congratulations note and even gave us a fruit basket filled with different good eatables. I and my wife were sooo happy and felt at home!! Really, it exceeded my expectations. Wonderful staff and excellent customer service.
