parking was a little tight. also i was overcharged on my credit card and had some difficulty getting it corrected but when i called Alexander promptly handled everything!!

Not a great deal however it was clean and the staff are very nice

We stayed at a time where multiple families were also there. Parents let their kids run around the entire property while parents drank and partied by the pool. The next day I went to the gym and I could immediately see the kids had also taken there party to that space. Irresponsible parents and lack of staff to manage this led to an extremely disappointing stay. Not worth the money and if I could have left I would have after the first night. I even messaged the property but had no response.

Really nice pool area. Good size rooms. Good breakfast. Comfy beds. The possibility to do our laundry after severall days on the road. Lots of possibilities for restaurants, fast food and shops nearby.

Staff-From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by a very nice young man, Alexander, who was able to accommodate us with our needs. I reserved 2 rooms. One for my husband and I and another for my cousin and his wife. It was somewhat of a reunion after not seeing each other due to both my parents passing and his mom, within 2 years. So meeting up with my cousin after all these years was a healing process for all of us. With this being said, my cousins didn't want upstairs so Alexander was able to accommodate my cousin's needs. Food-OMG, the food was very good. It's like a buffet style and the options were eggs and bacon Sunday and eggs and sausage on Monday morning. Both days offered other options like cereal, bagels, waffles, milk, OJ, apple juice, coffee, as well as other options. Just in case your eggs should be slightly warm/cold, use the microwave in the lobby area. Also, we didn't have to pay for bottled water, it was FREE. Not too many hotels offer free bottled water,

What we didn't really care for were the kids running around the pool as well as outside the pool area. A kid fell and got hurt. it's not so much the staff's responsibility as much as it's was their parent's/family members to keep an eye on them My cousin offered his first aid kit several times and both times the mom declined his help. it wasn't until almost 30-45 minutes later did a family member either went out and bought a kit o they brought their own personal first aid kit. After first aid was applied, the boy seemed okay. Other than that, we had an amazing time. Oh, also when I talked to house service and asked to not have room service for my room, but only change out our dirty towels for clean towels which they happily gave me before we took our shower, but for some reason, they applied my request to my cousin's room and didn't do room service in his room. When he asked a staff member for clean bath towels, they told him to get the towels by the pool, which he ended up getting but wasn't too happy about it. I'm not sure why it was handled in this manner.

- My toilet didn't flush for three days! - No room service (no one came in to due the bed or change sheets & towels.

Love the property, they are rebuilding the hot tub that had been converted to a planter the last time we stayed.

Whats not to like? Other than housekeeping never came to my room in three days.

Matthew was very friendly! Loved the car charging in the front, the room was great and bed very comfortable. Breakfast was awesome for us protein and no carb eaters! Eggs and bacon served! Nice staff!

Room was what we.needed @ the time before our flight. We didn’t catch the breakfast because of our flight status so no information on that. We reached our destination on Thursday & my friend had realized she left her favorite Pajamas in the room. Called to see if they had been found that night around 11:00 pm. Not sure if she has received a call back yet.

I was lured by the grand breakfast which had 5 tables for 5 families.................. smelt great, looked great, and then...no place to sit.

DO NOT STAY ON A LOWER FLOOR! Another horrible renovation, the drywall is attached to the ceiling joist, and you can hear every step, every move, and every sound from adjacent rooms. I could even hear my neighbor snoring. The renovations were okay, nothing can make up for the poor insulation.

The room was not cleaned properly. Dogs barking throughout the kennel -- I mean, hotel.
