The location was decent and was close to several attractions
The price, the breakfast, the comfort of the beds, the cleanliness of the rooms, and the security of the hotel is horrible.

We enjoyed our stay. The employees were very welcoming and helpful. The hotel is old but clean. The kids enjoyed the pool. We all enjoyed the breakfast, and it was so great having coffee, tea, hot chocolate and oatmeal available. We visited Mackinac Island and wish we had more time to spend touring this area.
Rooms are old, need some work.

One friendly staff member help us carry our bags upstairs when we checked in because the multi-level hotel had no elevator.
No elevator for handicapped guests. Bathroom was cramped and door was chipped from flooding. Plastic forks on the floor behind the TV set. We stayed two days. Our beds were not made and we received no room service the second day.

I loved my room and staff was very friendly and helpful, your breakfast had a lot of choices.
I didn't mind not having our room cleaned but I was so disappointed not having a refill on the coffee.

Good location, room and lobby were clean and tidy. We had a nice quiet restful night in our room.
There was nothing we could complain about! We only stayed one night to break up a long drive so we didn't take have the opportunity to use the other amenities they offer. (Pool, breakfast, laundry etc.)

location was convenient, desk help very friendly
our room seemed run down, toilet wobbled, bar to close not good for left hand people,not good lighting, it was handicap accessible but not comfortable. The price we paid for this room was too high for what we got, for sure not we’re used to from Quality Inns. Breakfast was a total disappointment, not much food, cold, orange juice out, we usually book Quality Inns because we like them, this one we will not stay at again and will not recommend.

The breakfast had a nice variety. Eggs, sausage, breads, bagels, muffins & sausage gravy & biscuits with other things as well. The dining area was nice sized but was all large 6 seat tables.
They also had a little seating area if you have guests or just felt like getting out of your room a bit. It was very inviting.

Very convenient. Staff very friendly and helpful. Everything worked out well for us.
Breakfast served a little later would have been nice for late sleepers.

Overall just a great experience. The employee at check-in was so helpful and just nice and attentive and answered all of our questions in a very efficient way. He set the tone for the hotel, and it was a welcoming one. The hotel had a nice pool and hot tub which was great. Breakfast was much more extensive than we expected and it was just an enjoyable stay.

4-5 employees around the Breakfast area and Know one was able to keep the food stocked or get us silverware! They kept bringing in clean plates but never got us any utensils so we couldn’t eat! There was no reason for this. I think they need some training.

I wish the description on line would have told me there wasn’t an elevator. My father has bad knees and was barely able to make it up the stairs.
