I have bad knees and have trouble with stairs, we were in the 3rd floor and had to go up and down those steps several times a day, if we would have known about the steps we would have requested a room that didn’t require stairs….

Great location, great amenities like the pool, hot tub, tasty breakfast, and waterfront with beautiful views!!Beds were very comfortable and the staff was friendly and helpful

Not enough outlets to plug in coffee machine in the room without moving it around. Alarm clock in room has super bright light, had to stick it under the bed because we prefer darkness when we sleep.

Location

Only one elevator not convenient if you’re in room number 23, 24 or 25 because we have to drag our bags to make a 8 or more steps down to get to our room . Not recommended for handicapped people or older people . The customer service desk by the pool area was not friendly like were bothering her because she was too with her phone .

Pool was under construction and we weren’t told about it. If we had known, we would have stayed somewhere else.

Breakfast was included and better than the normal hotel breakfast that you get. :) The beach was wonderful and the restaurant deck to sit on at night by the fire was amazing. great location. We noticed they were building more deck outside which will be amazing.

weird stairs to get to the room. warm in the breakfast area. no waste basket except in the bathroom. NEED MORE WASTEBASKETS. :)

the view was exceptional. Breakfast was perfect. I really was so Blessed to have meet River, he was the one with all the answers. He found a staff member to help with our luggage.

How the Hotel has stairs on every floor. It is not very handicap assessable.

The view from the room was amazing. The breakfast was good. The staff was friendly. The room was clean. Despite the thing I didn't like I would still stay here again because I loved the view.

The main reason I booked it was for the Hot Tub and it was broke down. The jacuzzi tub in the room was nice the water got really hot which was a nice replacement for the hot tub but the wall switches were faulty, the light was out above the tub, plus when we turned it on the first time black hair and fuzz came out out of the jets into the tub. The bed was ok but sits on a weird frame that makes it really high and not very stable. The gutters have bushes growing from them.

It wasn’t worth what we paid for it. It seemed that either a previous guest had forgotten a mobile phone somewhere in the bed, or the walls were so thin that the vibration from a neighbouring room was coming through. It went off really early in the morning and none of us could sleep after. We tried looking for the source of the vibration but couldn’t find anything. After that, the room provided alarm clock went off, even though we hadn’t set it to go off. Our sleep was ruined, and we just couldn’t go to bed after.

Clean rooms, comfortable. The waterfront was beautiful.The beach firepit is a nice touch. Complimentary breakfast was the same every morning, but still good.
