Called front desk on Thursday regarding dryer not working but no one from maintenance ever came ... left Saturday morning.

We did not eat the breakfast. The location was great! It was about a ten minute walk from the beach. Everything at the location was easy to find!

Everything was great! The only thing that was a bit iffy was the parking. It was quite tight, but that's not exactly an easy fix.

I liked that it had 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, my 2 sons and myself were very comfortable.

The interior colors and decorations could use some updating.

Location and staff

Out- dated decor, dishwasher did not work and then maintenance discovered it had broken glass in it. No xtra blankets for sofa sleeper, constantly had to go to club house for things that should have been plentiful in the room like trash bags. Sheets felt like paper, beds were hard, dryer was difficult to use, you can feel the sofa bed through the sofa cushions. Air conditioner made loud noises. Piles of bugs in chandelier lighting, we also had housekeeping enter our room unannounced. 🤦🏽‍♀️

Good staff. Close to the beach.

Staff was amazing! They host family fun events a couple times a week. Condo was very clean, convenient and walking distance to the beach. The condo had everything we needed and the office even provided beach towels if needed. Would definitely stay again.

Of the 3 TVs none worked easily.

The location was pretty nice. It was deep in a golf course but most things are on the island and it was very close to the front of the island and had beach access.

The sauna wasn't open when we were there. Thanks COVID. Really understandable and not a big inconvenience but mildly disappointing.

As a handicapped person I really appreciated the accessibility to Islanders beach, pools and the apartment

Third bedroom was a bit tight. Could have had more dishes. Hand soap in kitchen

Parking was very tight. Concrete and steal pan steps need repair to avoid an accident (i.e. law suit). Hooks to hang things on would be helpful.
