Affordable and near to plenty of restaurants and stores.

The door lock wouldn't work. It took many many tries to get it open and, at one point, I had to go get it reactivated because it wouldn't unlock no matter how many times I tried.

I had to stay in Vancouver after a police incident closed the freeways and I couldn't get home after work. It was really comfortable and inexpensive for being last minute!

Not a thing for what was needed

The location was right up the street from the Hilton where the event i was attending took place. That's all. Can't think of anything else good!

supposed to be a non smoking unit. I had my kids with me and i made it clear there was no smoking. However the room smells so badly of cigarettes and mold!! The people in the rooms beside us and above us were definitely smoking in the rooms and it was horrible. We all came home with horrible sore throat due to cigarette smoke! Another thing is there were so many sketchy people at the hotel. It didn't feel safe... Obvious drug addicts walking around the parking lot peeking in cars etc.. And they were the people staying at the hotel. I knew it wasn't the Hilton but i guess i expected the management would take better care with those things...

The Location was great. The rooms were clean and parking was great

The lady at the reception was extremely rude to my husband about our booking. My fiance has been to the lodge many times and whenever he meets the lady at reception she has been rude. We always ask for an early booking and if the lady is there she takes time for her to let my husband in at the time we would have requested. The gentleman at the reception on the other hand is very welcoming and understanding. So far the only reason my fiance keeps going back there is because the place is located at a very convinient place.

Room was clean Walking Distance to a number of retail shops, Bars, Restaurant's and a corner store. Waterfront walk and park nearby also .

Poor parking if you arrive later in the evening. PlankFlooring in room looks like it was installed by an amateur and had a number of large gaps between boards. Lights directly outside rooms are too bright even with blackout curtains. If you don't want to hear noise outside, just turn the AC on because its louder than hell!
