the bed was a comfortable king.

Started off by giving me an occupied room. Then when I received my room it had no amenities.They locked me out of my room everyday I stayed there (4 days). No remote control for the Tv. And like I said, no amenities in the room, had to ask for toilet paper.

There was one office lady that was pleasant her name started with a Q.

Everything, there was mold in the bathroom and I was sick the entire time. I didn't see the mold on the ceiling until the last day. We could smell the musk and moisture. I flew in for surgery and booked the week. Couldn't go anywhere else because I paid $728 for it. The floor was dirty without carpet and our socks were black within 5 minutes. We had housekeeping mop and she had an attitude and did a half ass job. We also had to request fresh linen everyday because they never once came and knocked to see if we needed anything. One night they didn't replace the linens at all and we couldn't shower. Every morning we were woken from housekeeping putting 2 big trash and linens carts in front of our window which would not close all the way and would disregard that people are sleeping. I explained I had surgery and was in pain so if I'm asleep then I need to stay asleep without being woken up. The bathroom door wouldn't close unless you lifted up on it. It wasn't until the last night we kept the door closed at all times so the mold smell wasn't as strong. We were not from there but $728 for a week should get u a decent place. The ice machine was broken and they said it's been broken for awhile, the little fridge door wouldn't stay closed and was filthy, they didn't provide blow-dryers either. Very bad neighborhood especially for the price. I will be contacting a lawyer about the mold and being sick when my immune system was already compromised from surgery. Please please please don't book from here. Have plenty of photos but will only allow 4. Three are of the black mold.

There were drug addicts living at this hotel. The pictures were nothing like the property.

It was so unsafe, dirty and sketchy we didn’t even stay here. We asked to look at a second room that was equally as dirty and rundown. Then we gave the keys back to the attendant who told us the owners “don’t usually give refunds.” Big surprise.
