Restaurant was closed. No breakfast for those with early flights. Staff was disinterested. Location was poor...a bit of a hike just to get to the road. Broken desk lamp. No clock. No wastebasket. Almost $500 for one night. Few vacant hotel rooms in the entire area and a canceled flight equals price gouging. Must be the algorithm. Terrible "value."⁸

The staff was great, super friendly (Jenn & Demy were super nice). Room & hallways were clean. Fridge & microwave were very handy to have in our room. The pool looked very nice! The staff offered loaner umbrellas.

The hotel restaurants were closed Sunday & Monday (not very convenient)! The shower head could have been better (only standard umbrella spray). No dry cleaning bags, in the room to use for laundry (standard in most hotels). The nightstand built in USB ports are all USB-A where most people now need USB-C ports. The bathroom had no nightlight feature, made middle of the night visits painful to the eyes.

Close to airport and 24/7 pickup.

Always a great choice. Rooms are good, Breakfast is good, cookies in the evening and the Windjammer next door.

Facility could use an update. Carpets were old and dirty, floors creaked, and the bed sank in the middle.

Location and price.

Rugs throughout the building are old, smell musty, and some are visibly dirty. Hotel staff was not very friendly or helpful. Also, there seems to be a large number of permanent residents living among the same rooms as guests. They were loud and up at all hours of the night. This was to the point where you might think something illicit was going on and we had concern for our safety.
