Not much

The male owner was grumpy when I checked in, I had woke him up, 2pm. No hot water, old bed covers with burn holes. No phone or clock. And they wouldn't give me extra coffee packets for my room.

Basic but clean and comfortable. Worth the money.

very poor wifi often none or extremely weak, broken tub knob - had to fill in the tub using shower, extremely tough bathroom sink knob. Hot/cold water regulation difficult, I suspect that once anybody in the block flushes the toilet, cold water is shut off and only hot water flows in the shower. A few times the water temp.(hot) was truly unbearable. Nevertheless, these were minor issues, the stay was otherwise pleasant.

no phone in rooms. first room they tried to give us the door wouldn’t even lock! pictures online are nothing like the rooms. king suite wasn’t a suite at all

The room was nonsmoking but stunk horribly of smoke/ashtray covered up by strong perfume.

The carpet flooring in front of the sink was wet. There should be exact instructions on running the TV. I could not figure out how to control the volume until just before we left. Otherwise no complaints
