Graffiti on the wall of the room inside, I've seen cleaner showers in truck stops

First i got the wrong room but i said that was fine but then i had no fridge no microwave or no tv remote. I asked the front desk at check in and he said he wiuld have maintenance down right away. We left to go sightseeing and later we returned still without the items in the room. 45 minutes later almost midnight the poor maintenance man brings the appliances saying he was just told. They charge a 15 dollar deposit in case u smoke or damage anything but all the blankets already have burn holes in them, the furniture has been recycled from several different closed down hotels. I mean we know what we paid for but who knew u could get lower than didappointing scores. The owners could care less as long as they make money and the customer service needs lots of improvement. Don't stay here unless you're desperate and good luck if the tv satellite works

The lady named stacy super awesome very nice loved everything about her and the maintenance staff help getbus the room we actually reserved and were so sweet

My sons service dog was refused and i had to keep her in a van i was told to show documentation for my sons disability saying that he needed said dog even after showing my seevice dog’s registration then was told that wasnt enough until the owner found out but by then id been staying here a month while my child was separated from his dog i found weed in the first room we were in second room i was showed was dirty third room was great but now we found out to many kids for one room and had to modify our stay to leave today and was told most likely booking will say they refunded me but i will never see my money now we will be on the streets the lady named carla should not be working here she refuses ada service animals and or charges guest for it breaking a number of federal ada and state laws i was harrassed with animal control and my son was separated from his service dog the hot water was rare had to wait three days to catch a warm shower but that lady stacy she needs a raise she trys to go above and beyond also the man josh he has horrible manners and broke ada and state laws concerning my sons disabilities and service dog owner was not aware of these issues until it was far too late unfortunately

The two men laying in the bed as I entered the room ,with a card from front desk ,dirty beds, furniture was wore out ,bugs crawling in the bed of 2nd room ,dirty ,dirty ,would never stay there or tell anyone to

Unlocked the door, and 2 guys where laying on the bed, unreal. We went to the front desk and asked for our money back. A friend open they're room, and nasty, something was crawling in the bed. This place was unreal, never again will I book a room there.
