The water was hot. Location was great.

The rim stunk of cigarette smoke however the hotel claims to be a nonsmoking hotel. I asked for another room but was told t couldn’t move. They said it was full but it was only 4:00!in the afternoon. The pillows were old. 2 were flat and one was completely deformed.

The property is in a fantastic location. This property is literally located right across the street from Six Flags, down the street from Texas Rangers Stadium, and the Dallas Cowboys stadium. Walmart is close, gas station around the corner, and plenty of food places within 5 minutes. The property and rooms seem very outdated and lots of pieces of construction were left around the stairs, especially staples. We were also given a room upstairs after requesting for a room on the bottom floor, due to a family member being disabled. They denied our request for a low level room and we all had to ensure the family member had a lot of help getting up and down from our room due to no elevators and just stairwells. This was extremely difficult for our individual with disabilities.

I requested for a room on the lower floor due to a family member being disabled. They refused to acknowledge our request and gave us a room upstairs. There is no elevator and this hotel was not friendly towards individuals that have difficulty walking.

Very Happy with the bed & room cleanliness Reception/Management were very accommodating with my early Sunday 9am arrival before check-in (good place luggage in storage) & for a late check-out .. flight changed from 6pm to 10pm Very close to Dallas Cowboy's AT&T Stadium

Perhaps a kettle & complimentary coffee - though that is available in reception Access to Pool (though 30th Oct) Nothing else to write about

We found bedbugs in our bed. We caught 2 of them and let the guy at the front desk know. He offered to put us in another room but in the end we declined and went to another hotel. Nice place for the price just sucks that happened
