It is a short walk to Globe Life stadium. Short drive from the airport

The rooms really need a good handyman - broken dresser drawers, handles missing, fridge was leaking, no remote for the tv. The included breakfast was also the most basic we’d come across from all the various motels we stayed in during our road trip.

Breakfast could have been better but at least there was something.. Location was good.. We ended up walking back from concert because trolly not available..

NO POOL!!.. After reserving this for such long time we could have been informed that pool was Not available.. My wife was upset.. No working refrigerator. With smile the front desk guy said No refrigerators work they just for keeping things cooler not cold. Waited for next day and asked different front desk guy and he sent Maintenance man.. Thanks to Maintenance man for finding us working fridge.. My wife is Diabetic and needs to keep insulin in fridge.. We were going to be there for while.. First guy didn't care at all.. Thanks to 2nd guy and Maintenance man.. Ceiling fan was broke and ice machine on 3rd floor was not working.. One of beds had ants in them..

Upon arrival got adjoining rooms. 1 ac didn't work, changed rm same thing, changed again finally after 3hrs!!! Pool was down. There was a smell, couldn't figure it out!! They did not discount for the trouble. For the price we should have found another place!!

Overall room and bed, things just didn't seem clean and seemed very outdated.

There was a roach in my room, one of the comforters had a larger cigarette burn in it. When I asked for extra pillows I was not allowed to have any extras. The bath tub faucets were gross. I am an Executive housekeeper for Hilton and I will never stay or recommend this place again.

The air conditioner barely cooled the room, the furniture in the room was dirty, there was an odor in the room and hallway. When we arrived they wanted cash payment for the room and required a deposit. All of that should be on the website prior to booking at this place. The front lobby was so hot I asked the clerk was the ac not working.
