There was hair in the tub, the back of the toilet was missing, room was not clean, tv and microwave didn't work at all no remote if it did no toilet paper towels or washrags and couldn't get any from staff. staff wasn't helpful at all for anything and had attitude when speaking and texting with me only offered a refund at 1am instead of giving us a new room

Dirty, uncomfortable, slow service

We found a bed bug right off the bat sheets was filthy floors hadn’t been cleaned the box springs cover was nasty there was blood splatter on the walls in both rooms there was no blankets on the beds . They did move us from 242 which was a 3 bedroom to two rooms #213 and 214 we didn’t have but one blanket there and a total of 2 towels and no wash rags and was told they didn’t have any more towels or wash rags or pillows or blankets. The rooms were cleaner but not like they should but we didn’t have a shower head it was just a metal pipe hanging. Which was real hard to shower. We informed the front office but was never fixed. Room 213’air didn’t work and the front desk said they would get maintenance to look at it and bring a fan my sister told the man at front that she had a heart condition and was wearing a heart monitor and the guy said he couldn’t find a fan and maintenance hadn’t came so they was moved to room 203 Sunday night only one side of the air conditioner worked. Also the reservation said continental breakfast and we were informed that the dinning room was being renovated so they had coffee and a granola bar. So that put an expense no one was counting on because all of us had to buy our breakfast every morning that we wasn’t expecting to buy

Nasty, no towels or wash rags or blankets no continental breakfast

The location was the only good thing about this property. One room key for four guests. Dirty. Mold staining on sheets. No breakfast. Microwave didn’t work. Shower didn’t even have a handle. A small lever was sticking out to turn on the water. Scorching hot or cold water temperature with awful water pressure. Shower curtain was ripped at the top. No housekeeping. Had to ask the front desk for towels. According to front desk(good luck speaking to someone, the front desk is left unattended for hours) the towels weren’t ready and would be taken to our room once they were. Never got towels delivered to our room. We were hoping that the next morning we could pick up towels from the front office to shower. Next morning, no towels. Had to purchase towels from Walmart to even shower. Management or the owner needs to step in.

Blood on 2 of the pillows. Room was filthy. Staff was very rude. No blanket on one bed, no sheet on the other. Light didn’t work. Fire alarm hanging off wall. Door trim hanging off

Location was great.

Only 1 towel in the room TV didn't work out whole stay. We advised front desk as soon as we arrived. Nothing was done about it. Had to go down 2 times to ask for towels. No top blankets just sheets.

We never got to stay. We selected the option to pay at the hotel and instead they tried to charge my card. We spoke to the bookings staff and they fixed everything for us, but they at the hotel refused to take what bookings staff had done and were still trying to charge us when they cancelled us.

The two women at the front were extremely rude. I have never been so angry before. They refused to do their job and look to see if there was a room available after all the drama listed above.
