I checked in with my daughter (five years old). A man claiming to be the owners brother broke into my hotel room; he had NO UNIFORM OR NAME TAG or any identification that he was part of the hotel. I asked him what he was doing in my room and never answered the question. My room was locked and had the latch on. He brought tools specifically to open the latch and when I noticed the tools he said he thought there was a “latch problem”. I can’t begin to tell you how lucky I was that my husband arrived just as this was happening and that I called him; He heard when I told the man to get out of my room. He came running to confront the man who called the “manager”. A manager that appeared out of no where; again no uniform or name tags, and only cared that my husband used a cruse word. As soon as the “manager” came in the picture and had zero intentions of resolving or helping I picked up my daughter and ran with my husband following us. It was the most terrifying experience I’ve ever had. This hotel needs to be removed from your site.

no hot water, wanted me to pay for another room once I told them I was checking out early due to the lack of no hot water they said I could shower in another room but had to stay in the room I was in.

Housekeeping is very poor. I still had urine on the toilet seat when we arrived. The shower was terrible. And remote control did not work to the tv.

The A/c didn't work at all, when I called the front desk, i was told they would send someone to check it out. No one showed up and we were to tired to move rooms as it was very late when we checked in, The bathroom vanity light over sink did not work. The bathroom door wouldn't shut. When we checked out we let the manager know of everything that was wrong. HE said why didnt you call we would have moved your room, We told him we did call and that was not offered to us. HE said he would refund our money but never did.

Nothing worked in the kitchenette I paid for 3 days with a kitchenette and nothing work the refrigerator didn't even work I had three things in the refrigerator go bad overnight they should give compensation to people to have to pay the price and then don't get the results I like coming here because it's convenient for me in relation to what I have to do but I don't want to spend half the time in the office having the key re-keyed because it doesn't work

Hotel was and unsafe dirty. If you need a place for migrant workers to stay while working in the area this is the perfect place. Looking for a weekend away in Vero with your family RUN! If you like the smell of drug use and the drunks wondering the parking lot while drug deals are made in front of your kids, this is your place. Will never use booking again. Was told we would get a refund the night of check in and to get a new hotel. So we did and, 10 days after while waiting on the refund, was told we would only get 1/2 the refund. That's after paying an additional $700+ on the new room. Almost a $1000 to stay 2 days in Vero beach. Per Michelle at Booking, we should have drove to look at property before booking.... look at a property over two hours south before booking!? Maybe have a true depiction of what you are selling. We fill mislead and taken advantage of. Never will we use this service again
