Really nice personnel/staff. Spacious room with all desired appliances. Comfortable bed. Regular change of towels and emptying of garbage bins. Very little noises from other rooms. It was located very close to where my family lives (where I was visiting).

The hotel is very near a flight school and the flights started taking off around 6-6.30 AM and sometimes at night till 10 pm. I would wake up from the noise in the morning. The traffic noise can be heard too (highway 89 north of Prescott), but did not bother me as much. I missed having a breakfast option, because it is far out of town and there is no restaurant nearby.

Was in town for heart procedure for my father. This is one of the most affordable stays in all of Prescott. Very quiet room, very clean, nice friendly desk person. With all other stresses of trip here, this motel took the worry of trying to find a nice room away. Highly recommend.

the room was huge with 2 lounge chairs, king bed, a table and 2 comfortable chairs. best hotel we’ve stayed at in 35 nights of travel and the most well priced. a lovely cotton comforter on the bed.

looked a bit ordinary on the outside but don’t let this fool you.

The convenience of it.

NO coffee maker and the essentials like coffee, sugar, creamers!

The rooms were very clean and pretty spacious. The place is nothing fancy, but clean and quiet.

Bathrooms are pretty small

How close it was to the airport, it had a refrigerator and microwave.

You could hear every plane flying over, you could hear people in the hallway and the price should have been more like $60 a night.

Everything was great, from the cleaning staff, front desk staff and the room was great. Great for the value!

I mentioned a very minor issue in the room and I was given the explanation of the ongoing upgrading of the rooms. Which is very understandable. It would not affect my decision in staying again. The staff was honest and was happy to assist me when needed.

Room was clean, but not in great shape. Staff was nice and check in/check out was super easy. Price was what I expected and location was perfect for what we were doing in Prescott

Bathroom definitely needs a remodel asap!! Bed was awful, woke up with terrible back ache and didn't sleep well at all!! Building seems a bit old and run down, could use some updating overall.

Everything was great, happy to see they now have an ice machine on the site for the guests
