We’re unable to stay!

We were contacted an hour to our arrival and told that the vote over booked and our reservation was canceled. It took 15 days to get our refund back. We had need in the car over 8 hours, extremely unprofessional! We had to rush to get another hotel.

That we couldn’t get room service unless it was the forth day

It smelled like cigarettes in every room. I arrived and immediately they brought up their no smoking policy, but the first room they have me smelled disgusting. Like someone had been smoking in there for months. I had them switch my room. The next room smelled worse and smelled like ash treys were everywhere. Terrible stale smoke smell. I think every room reeked of cigarettes it was disturbing.

It was filthy, within 10 minutes of checking in I went back to the front desk to cancel my second night and went to a different hotel.

At this point nothing

The room was full of cockroaches. Couldn’t stay had to leave soon after check in

the room was dirty when we checked in. when we went to check out they tried to charge us 250$ saying the room was dirty. we picked up everything the only thing that was left was a grocery bag that had trash because there wasn’t a trash can in the room either.
