Great location and room was nice. Not as clean as I expected from other reviews. Busy and holidays so that could be the reason. Would try it again.

I believe that being pet friendly is a very good competitive advantage. Perhaps because of that, we found the other guests to be extremely friendly.

The breakfast was late and only warm.

Breakfast was better than at most hotels we've stayed at. Breakfast staff were very friendly and helpful.

Location was fine.

Cleaning/deodorizer scents are almost overwhelming. Many dogs, although my floor said no pets. Quite worn, new paint, over holes and dents, paneling pieces covering ?? on each door, plastic shower mats covering obvious flaws on floor. Just very worn. We left before breakfast based on the dogs and "redecorating".

Clean hotel and friendly staff.

Room was comfortable. Shower was nice. Facility was very clean.

The bed was slanted and extra soft. The clerk at the front desk acted rude about giving me my receipt. The price of the room was high but it was a holiday weekend.

The white or mixed lady at the front desk was awesome. She was so nice. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was ok. My boys loved the smart Tv with Netflix, Youtube and google set up on the tv. My son had fun in the pool and the hallways was quit. Oh and what i love best was they had church in the lobby. I didn't go but I thought that was cool.

The rug in the room need to be deep cleaned. When I took off my shoes the rug felt so moist and slimy. It felt not clean. So I had to keep my shoes on until I got in the bed. The mirror in the bathroom was dirty. I had to have my 13 year old clean it. We also didn't get room services. I had to call to the front desk and tell them that we didn't get any services. And the mixed guy tell me because you didn't ask for services. I told him well my DND sign was not on my door. And tell me due to covid they just don't come in our room in clean. Well I came from West VA and we don't have to let them know we need services. I'm not from this state so that information should have been told to me at check-in. So I end up cleaning my own room. My son also had a bed dream and wet the bed. I called down to the front desk to get change of sheets and blanket. They told me to come to the front desk to get them. I sent my son and he came back with one brown throw cover. Like are you serious? Yeah they was serious. Refrigerator don't get that cold. Wont come to this Hôtel again unless this was the only option I have. Pool is outside and very small.

Curtains didn't help at night. Our room was facing the front and the light kept shining in from the sides a significant amount. Made it hard to sleep because the light was shining in all night.

Location and price were great!

Rooms are very small. No place for us to sit down and eat takeout. Only one drawer to put belongings in. Sign in the room says someone will come daily to change sheets and bring towels, they didn’t. I had to go to the desk to get towels.

Love the area, my room and the hotel.

The housekeeper was very unprofessional and appeared to have a terrible attitude.

Only 1 ice machine on the bottom floor, 1 small elevator, and had to wait forever on cart to carry our things down.

I didn’t like the road it was on. You couldn’t make left turns, it was such a hassle. Also breakfast started too late. We needed to leave early and breakfast started at 9:00 am
