1 of the rooms we got at first smelled really bad, they did change us and another room had large rip in caroet

This is my second time staying at this hotel, and it was very nice. Checking is very smooth. The rooms are nice and spacious bed is comfy with no complaints. The breakfast is also hot and fresh. They give you sausage, orange juice, and a lot of other choices to choose from I would recommend this hotel.

Cleanliness. Close to places to visit.
Numerous problems with the room keys. I had to go back to front desk more than once to get keys reprogrammed. Very annoying.

I have reserved a first floor room (due to mobility issues) several times and never honored this reservation. This time I was put on the 3 rd floor!!

the location was fine. the property was pretty. It was nice to have restaurants close by.
we were really put out and upset because we asked and were granted a reservation on the first floor a week before our stay. When we checked in they had already rented all the rooms on the first floor. We ended up as far from the elevator as possible. We both have mobility issues so this was very difficult for us. This is also not the first time this has happened with this hotel. In the room we were rented, the furniture was sticky and one of the chairs needed replaced because the pleather was worn out. I don’t usually write a review like this but we feel that apparently you take a reservation but you can’t keep a reservation.

The bed was good.
Lack of trained staff at front desk. Not clean outside, and needs updating badly. Breakfast was not so good.

Good rates and reviews. Convenient location. Nice decor. Friendly staff. WONDERFUL complimetary breakfast each morning.
The toilet ran the last night we were there and by the time we alerted the front desk maintenance had left. We were offered another room but I didnt feel like moving my stuff so we shut the bathroom door and all was well.

The staff is very cordial, helpful and go out of their way to help you. Lisa whom does the breakfast is such an awesome lady!! She truly is an asset to your company and hope she and others are compensated for their great attitude!!
Carpets are dirty in hallways and laundry room could use a better washer and dryer set.

Love the location, its near family, the price is getting out of hand, it's gone up50 dollars over a span of a couple months.

the room was spotless!
the bathroom in the pool area was etrocious! my key didn’t work the next day and I didn’t have my phone on. my wife’s key didn’t work that afternoon.

The breakfast was pretty good. Plenty of choices.
I think our room was a handicapped accessible room. However, the bathtub was very slippery. Some non skid strips would be helpful.

I left a Michael Kors purse in the closet and housekeeping stole it apparently because “they never found anything there.” They had envelopes asking for tips also which was tacky and a red flag.

the breakfast was great waffles eggs bagels cereal milk coffee it was awesome it was very clean and nice people
they only have one jacuzzi tub room I made reservation for over 2 months in advance called day before to confirm and the day of they told me it was broken I didn’t get a reduce rate or anything I was very bummed as this was the main reason picking this hotel
