good location & Clean

Nice clean place in a quiet business area of Irvine (actually Lake Forest). The rate is good for this hotel, and parking is free which is much better than a lot of the hotels in L.A. Breakfast is fresh but options are somewhat limited, although it is a typical American style breakfast. There are a number of shopping strips nearby so you can get anything you need from them, and they mostly include plenty of restaurants too.

The bed was very comfortable and the breakfast was great

I didn’t like the sink in the bedroom I didn’t like to blow my nose in front of my boyfriend, and the front desk was not friendly at all at night I was cold and I asked for extra blanket, first they said we don’t have anybody to bring it for you and we don’t have any blanket and when I said it’s cold and I need one then they asked me to go to front desk and get one.

Spider in bathroom. Cigarette burn in the bedroom curtain. Even with frosted glass, no certain or shade on bathroom window.

everything was really good

The staff here was great! I have never stayed at a hotel with staff so friendly and attentive. A little after we checked in and got to our room, we got a courtesy call from the front desk to see how the room was. Any other time we needed to ask for anything, they brought the items quickly.

we had trouble when we arrived. we had paid in full for our room and yet still had to wait half a hour for them to access the booking even though I had confirmation emails and booking numbers, then we needed to pay an additional £75 for the deposit, our cards didn’t work as it had to be a American bank, even though we were able to use our cards everywhere else, we even got lectured by the staff about calling the banks ahead to tell them we were travelling, even though we had already done that. so we offered to pay in cash, we was not allowed. we then had to call my brother to come from where he lived to use his card, only to be told it had to be someone staying at the hotel. in the end they let us pay on my brothers card as we had a room big enough for 3 people, so we said my brother was staying, but this took an addition 45minutes, on what had already been a 11 hour flight and one hour drive from the airport. it was exhausting and was not the initial experience we wanted on arrival.

Breakfast was very delicious!. Hot! Eggs, turkey bacon, sausages were very good. Hash Browns were excellent Not bland at all. My husband was amazed how good it was.

A little hard to park our truck in small spaces. But not bad, my husband fits it wherever. If I was alone, maybe would not know how to park it

rooms were nice and updated, breakfast was great!

Air conditioner was leaking from the ceiling on to the carpet. only one elevator working.

Ate one breakfast. No fruit.:(

I’m asthmatic and there was way too much use of artificial fragrance and my lungs were very irritated. There needs to be fragrance free hotels!!!!!

in the bathroom the shower only had hot and warm water there was no cold water to take a bath with that's the only thing that was wrong with the hotel there was no cold water to shower or take a bath with

The breakfast was great. lots a things to choose from. The staff was very friendly and would make your eggs to order anyway you wanted.

The bed mattress was rough on the back after the third day. Pull out couch mattress was nothing but springs- poor kids got stuck with that.
