The breakfast was ok. The one in midwest city has really good breakfast. That is why I chose to stay here in tulsa

The beds are amazingly comfortable. A great location for me to dart on and out of as I roam my favorite haunts in Tulsa.

The traffic from the highway would be a sleeping issue for me but putting the fan on constant mode counteracts the road noise.

Easy check in. Hotel was clean. Had very nice white bedding. Temperature was easy to control.

Hotel is a little aged. The pool is right off of the check in desk, so the chlorine smell was strong in that area. Seemed better when we had breakfast the next morning. Breakfast was simple but good. Area very clean. We had children above us who had heavy feet. Overall, a good experience. I would recommend this hotel.

Property recently had a water issue. Broken pipes. Location did there very best to make stay as comfortable as possible.

Had my rooms changed on me last minute and then got stuck in an area where they was doing construction and had the area blocked off. Didn't think it was very safe for us to be there but no other rooms was available for our stay in tulsa

it was a living nightmare. I had to take my family and leave at 11 pm because there was a masked man knocking on our doors and calling our room threatening us and the staff did nothing

The facility had a flood the fitness center was not accessible. There were people running in the hallway at all times of the night. The clerk who checked me in did not explain to me that the hotel was putting a deposit on my card for the same price as the Three night stay. I can understand $100. It was not worth $450 for Three nights

people, rooms are nice, location and value

The ice machine on the first floor was broken. Not happy I had to go to the 3rd floor.

Front desk staff was nice and breakfast was fine

Gym was closed and they skipped cleaning our room 2 of the days . Bed was pretty soft

I did not eat breakfast, liked the location of the hotel. Immediately off the highway.

There were roaches in my room, I was not pleased. The staff didn’t seem trained to handle the situation. There was a sign that had no vacancies so I’m assuming that’s why we weren’t offered another room. The property manager was very rude on how she could resolve the matter “since we booked through a third party, and the best she could do was do a one night refund.” That I still have not received.
