The prices in convenient store or way overpriced.
Home keeping was excellent.

Property was in an excellent location and loved how we could take the elevator down to the riverwalk and it was walking distance to everything we needed.
Since it was on a major road you could hear cars at night from our 6th floor king room with a riverwalk view.

Metal rack...was not tall enough..close we touching and leaning causing crinkling
No counter space in bathroom.small lavatory and no shelf to place p personal items
Upper level café had terrible service...got seated
Ordered coffee water a d food. Got coffee and water but

No refills...zero food

Didn’t have breakfast… a simple family breakfast would’ve cost over $150.
The place is nice but the stay is just too expensive, especially when you include $46 per night parking, mandatory concierge to use a luggage cart, no coffee in the lobby, etc. For the price, I would expect some complimentary service… even some decent coffee in the morning would’ve made a difference.

Nice location
Old and antiquated building with very little natural light in the bedroom. Rude and inhospitable staff which made it an easy decision to stick with Marriott. I have never been treated so poorly by any property than I was here and I shall never darken the door of a Hyatt again.

Staff was friendly and helpful! The location was great for the Alamo and the Riverwalk.
There was no “cozy” places to hang out with friends. The Lobby was a gigantic throughout fare - very spacious but no small gathering places.
