Nice and quiet

They were not understanding to my family emergency & never reimbursed for the nights I did nit stay no manager ever called back nothing wasted money over a situation I had no control over! I will not be visiting again

The location was ideal for anything that my wife and I wanted to do. Conveniently located near everything, making getting to all of the local stores and restaurants easy.

Some of the front desk personnel was very rude and unpleasant. One of the staff told me that if I didn't like another room, they'd refund me my money. Which I didn't want a refund, I merely wanted the type of room that I reserved on the front side of the hotel. Simply put, she was not a nice person

The property was in a nice safe area. It was clean and staff were very friendly.

The bathroom could have been bigger the toilet to short. Could have cable tv installed had to watch commercial after commercial.

Continental breakfast, clean rooms. Friendly staff.

Breakfast was good. The hot breakfast items could have been better, but overall it was just nice to have breakfast included.

The room was clean and comfortable.

This facility needs to be upgraded. Some USB Slots would be nice. The elevator needs some type of repair. It may be adequate to be in service, but many of the guests preferred to use the steps. The breakfast was less than enjoyable.

The bed was uncomfortable, the bathroom door and toilet makes too much noise, I could hear people outside my room the whole night. I think it was too expensive for the offering.
