The pool everything was great

nothing at all it smells horrible dirty drug addict in parking lot plus it just run down inside dirty elevator looks like it’s never been wiped or clean ever it was just horrible my kids have asthma and the room they gave us he could not sleep or even walk into i had two rooms both smelled it was late kids tired i had to beg him for another room end in 3 different rooms different floors wasn’t the family get away i excepted

my room was incorrect they tried to correct it by giving me one with a jacuzzi. which is fine just not what I booked.

I liked the hot tub.

The sheets were dirty upon our arrival and the room had a musty smell in it.

Honestly not much, the bed was comfortable and the pool was nice.

We were told that our ac unit was leaking so they had put a fan in the room, ok no big deal and the first night was ok then the second night came and it was super hot in the room. I mean a 20ish degree difference between the hallway and the room. The ac didnt work at all. When we told the front desk the man kept saying " well did you turn it on?" Well yeah we did. It was so hot in the room. The floor board fell off in half the room, you could tell the mirror wasn't wiped down in a while when the shower steam was on. The room smelled like pot and mold, there was no way to open the window so we couldnt air out the room or cool it off with outside air. Then there was practically no lights in the room minus 1 lamp and the sunlight.

Location

Older facility needs some much needed updating, stains on carpet, carpet along floor boards coming off. No towels for pool. Alot of noise in parking lot ppl were having a party with load music.

it was right off the highway

a person was assaulted In the parking lot and robbed. so we pulled up to police cars. not a way to be welcomed

The whirlpool tub in our room worked and was clean. The bed and pillows were comfortable. Everything was clean but VERY rundown (I believe the cleaning ladies are doing their very best given what they have to work with).

Everything except the whirlpool and bed. The carpet was stained, the lampshade looked like it went through a war, tiles were chipped, and the non smoking room smelled like smoke. This was in the king suite that cost us over $200 for one night. I've stayed in better places that cost a quarter of the price.

the room reeked of humidity, the carpet was disgusting, the room did not have a telephone to communicate with the front desk, the pool water was cloudy and cold, at night strange movements of people knocking on the doors as if they were offering services for adults, I will not return and I do not recommend it for families.

The location was convenient. The size of the room was nice. There was always someone at the front desk.

The breakfast was very limited, the room smelled very heavy of cigarettes.

The cops arresting other guests was very entertaining

I have swim in the river is there a cleaner than that pool
