Dirty towel left in room. Tub wasn't clean.

When I arrived the Customer service representative advised no rooms available and would not refund my money ..

Furniture was a falling apart desk, dresser, end tables

I had a room booked but when I got there they gave it to someone else and I had to find another motel!!!

What we expected for the price we paid.

No dislikes

There was no soap in the bathroom or room at all so couldnt wash my hands, there was no top blanket for the bed so only had sheets to sleep with and got cold in the room. Also there was very little breakfast only bagels and juice, and that was picked over. $155 for one nigbt was a ripoff, should have paid $70 at the most for what we got

I was able to book the room providing my location unfortunately was informed at the desk that I can’t get the room due to be a local resident. It’d be proper if I wasn’t able to book in the first place, not having that knowledge. I pretty much gave them free money only getting back half what spent as a refund
